This website is operated by Mobile Communications Data Services Limited, trading as MCDS UK (company number 11697984), 10 Fontwell Drive, Downend, Bristol, BS16 6RR. We are the data controller for any personal information you send us directly.

Information we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or contact forms. We only receive personal information if you choose to email or phone us, in which case we receive your name, contact details and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to deal with an order. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Marketplace orders

When you buy from us on Amazon or eBay, the marketplace processes your payment and delivery details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to fulfil your order.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email sales@mcds.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
